Job Description

• Processing weekly invoices and timesheets/payroll using our own adhoc  software
• Accounts Receivables/Payable / Xero
• Other general office & administration duties as required
• Liaising with staff and clients on a daily basis

Experience:

• Xero, Excel and Office Suite experience a must
• Experience in accounts payable & receivable with strong attention to detail
• Held a similar role for 3+ years
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well within a small team and in a busy environment
