Hawkins Group are currently seeking Qualified Carpenters for ongoing works and upcoming projects in the Central QLD Coalfields. We have opportunities for work on camp refurbishments and extensions, mining facility maintenance and new build works, sheds, civil concreting etc. in Coppabella, Middlemount and Glenden areas with immediate commencement.

Hours are typically 6am to 5pm on a 10/4 Roster.

Requirements for the role include but are not limited to the following:

• Must be qualified tradesman
• Must have Construction Site Safety Induction card, Coal Board Medical and Standard 11 Induction
• Must have previous experience working on QLD mine sites
• Good attention to detail and initiative
• Strong commitment to safety
• Must have Driver's License & hand tools

On offer:

• Competitive hourly rates starting at $55p/h  for first 55 hours Monday to Saturday + overtime at $66.48 + super
