Grandeur Homes is seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and passionate New home sales consultant to join our vibrant and dedicated team.  

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager you will be responsible for, but not limited to;

• Sourcing and identifying sales opportunities with new customers
• Responding to online & phone enquiry
• Guiding customers through the sales process up until you complete contract signing
• Managing your house and land online presence
• Developing and maintaining close working relationships with developers and local land agents
• Maintaining your lead database, notes & reminders in CRM
• Display Home Management where required

The successful candidate will have:
 

• Residential sales is an advantage but experience within a face to face sales environment is essential;
• A professional and innovative approach to creating new sales opportunities;
• Exceptional industry networking & customer service skills;
• Well developed organisational and client management capabilities;
• Experience working with a range of IT applications and software.
• Ability and enthusiasm to work all weekends
• Exceptional presentation and an eye for detail
• Able to build genuine rapport quickly.
